SupplierMatch Review Policy
SupplierMatch accepts reviews connected to genuine platform activity and moderates them before publication.
Eligibility
A review must be connected to a genuine enquiry or, preferably, a confirmed booking. Duplicate reviews for the same booking are prevented.
Moderation
Reviews may be rejected when they are fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant or disclose private information.
Supplier responses
Suppliers may respond publicly. Responses remain subject to the same standards.
Reports
Users can report a published review for further moderation. Reporting does not guarantee removal.
